The Pittsburg Lady Pirate Volleyball team has received 2025 All-District Awards. The team is under the direction of Head Volleyball Coach Alexis Mathis.
This past Friday, our Pittsburg Pirates handed the Spring Hill Panthers a resounding defeat, 52 to 7 in what was the last game of the regular season.
After taking a 21-0 lead in the first half, the Pirates saw the Van Vandals come back to knot the score at 21 all late in the game. But that was not enough and the Pirates took the win, edging the Vandals by a final score of 24-21.

The Pittsburg Lady Pirates suffered a tough home loss Tuesday, falling in four sets to the Como-Pickton Lady Eagles. Though they played hard, the Lady Pirates couldn’t make the plays needed to win, leading to a bitter loss.
