Stop the Bleed Class a must see and do Class

The program at the regular meeting of the Pitt Rotary Wednesday, Jan. 22, was sponsored by Gary George or David Grundish, there was a mix up there and I didn’t get it straight, but the speaker was one of Camp County’s Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) Brayden Hooper. Mr. Hooper gave us an abbreviated version of the one-and-a-half-hour presentation of how the stop a serious bleed.

In addition to planning and implementing agriculture programs for the county and answering questions for clients, my duties also cover the 4-H youth program. Duties include planning and implementing youth programs and advising and traveling with youth to contests and competitions. I also spend a small portion of time on professional development, keeping up with current trends, new technologies and hot agricultural topics.
