Community health and well-being

The First Baptist Church of Pittsburg again hosted the Health Fair this year on September 15. The annual Health Fair features some of the many organizations in the community that offer access to health and well-being programs. There were over 20 different organizations represented including Cypress Basin Hospice, Chambers Hospice, UT Health East Texas, Hearts Way Hospice of East Texas, Purple Hearts Home Health, Open Door Resource Center, The Drugstore and Daily Grind, Copeland Insurance Group, Greenhill Villas of Mount Pleasant, Mental Health first Aid from Lakes Regional Community Center, Area Agency on Aging of East Texas, and Raw Iron Pittsburg among many others.
