Southwestern Electric Power Co. (SWEPCO) reminds customers to prepare for hurricane season, which began June 1 and continues through Nov. 30.
AUSTIN – During June, which is Texas Veterans Suicide Prevention and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Awareness Month, Texas HHS is encouraging military veterans to access the resources available to them for suicide prevention and PTSD.
Children visiting Lake Bob Sandlin State park have a variety of activities to participate in. From swimming and boating to hiking and camping, there is plenty to do in and out of the water.
The Pittsburg Camp County Public Library kicked off its summer reading programs on June 1. At the first event, children made butterfly scenes with bandaids, welcoming the summer months.
