If you are reading this on Monday or Tuesday, understand that I am writing this on Wednesday or Thursday and haven’t a clue if today is Friday or Sunday because I haven’t gone to work for five weeks, which makes every day feel like Saturday.
Over the past six weeks, I have seen some changes in my family amid all the issues that we face. I have seen my little family grow closer together, and do more together on a regular basis than we did previously. I have had the opportunity to teach my kids some things that I would not have taken the time for otherwise.
Last week, my wonderful husband, Tanner, decided to cook dinner for us. I had a very long day, and I was exhausted. I was so thankful for the help. He settled on making pan-seared tilapia, white cheddar macaroni, and blanched green beans. Sounds delicious, right?
