Pirates place second in soccer tournament

The Pittsburg Pirates boys soccer team is currently 5-0-1 after competing in the Sulphur Springs and Pine Tree Invitational tournament the past two weekends.

Lions Club Inducts New Members

Lions Club met at noon on January 8, 2026, at NTCC Pittsburg Campus for their monthly business meeting. Agenda discussion was about scheduling speakers, events, and fundraisers over the next few months. Alethea McGaha, of God’s Closet, brought Jenni Currey, of Moonlight Acres Ranch, a farmer’s market and venue center south of Pittsburg on Hwy 271.
