Last Friday, Pittsburg Independent School District held its annual teacher appreciation convocation, sponsored by the Pittsburg Rotary Club.

Northeast Texas Community College will host its August 2024 commencement ceremony on Friday, Aug. 16th in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 7 p.m. Seating is limited, so only guests who have tickets will be admitted into the auditorium. Graduation will be streamed live on Youtube and Facebook for those who are unable to attend in person.
