NTCC Shelby Program receives $30,000 gift

The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a check for $30,000 from Barry Smith of Pennsylvania. The funds benefit NTCC’s Carroll Shelby Automotive Progam and will go toward an upcoming Shelby restoration project. Smith is pictured (right) with his grandson, Parker, on a recent visit to northeast Texas in the driveway of a Pittsburg home formerly occupied by Shelby. Six graduate from NTCC Professional Driving Academy

The Northeast Texas Community College Professional Driving Academy recently celebrated the graduation of six more students, making a combined total of 15 completers since the first class in September.
