Teen publishes childrens book ‘In Wildcat Hollow’
Pittsburg residents, Tim & Trudi Parker’s grandaughter Aria Stubblefield (16) had an extraordinary achievement for someone of any age, but especially for a teenager; she has had her first book published. “In Wildcat Hollow” is a historical fiction children’s book based on the life of Aria’s great-grandmother, who grew up near Pleasant Grove, Arkansas in the 1930s. Aria’s delightful retelling of the life of Leonna Brenner Rozell will make readers laugh, cry, and appreciate simpler, in some ways much more difficult times. The Grinch strikes again!
The Grinch visited Pittsburg again to celebrate Christmas with residents in the park. Over the month of December, the Grinch made quite a few appearances and put a smile on many families’ faces.
