UT Health East Texas Offers Free Virtual Seminar on Atrial Fibrillation: New Solution for an Old Problem

UT Health East Texas is offering a free, virtual seminar at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18. The seminar will feature a presentation on Atrial Fibrillation: New Solutions for an Old Problem by Andrea Cooley, DO, FACOS, board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon from UT Health East Texas Cardiovascular Institute. In this seminar, Dr. Cooley will discuss understanding the impact atrial fibrillation can have on your health, changes atrial fibrillation causes to the inner workings of the heart and new treatment options available.
