Mr. Rick Ward Jones, age 73, of Pittsburg, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, at his home. He was born September 9, 1947, to William and Gladys Taylor Jones in Plano, Texas.
Graveside service for Shirley Temple McNeil, 86, of Greenville formerly of Pittsburg were 3:00 p.m., Monday, May 3, 2021 at Spring Hill Cemetery in Titus County with Reverend Debra Leone officiating. Interment will be in Spring Hill Cemetery in Titus County. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Ms. McNeil passed away Wednesday, April 28, 2021 in a Mt. Vernon nursing home.
Pauline Henderson Monroe passed away April 22, 2021 at UT Health East Texas, Tyler, at the age of 55.

He was amazed at all the bright lights and technology. He stayed and worked in the city for a number of months, saving up as much money as he could so he could bring back some of the modern comforts to his primitive village.
