He is all you need
It is pretty much a given these days we live in that people will let you down. The “golden rule” of doing unto others as we would have them do unto us seems to be a thing of the past more often that not in these days we live in now. Counting on someone to do the right thing often gets us burned or wondering why. I am not really sure why this seems to be true, other than the Bible tells us that as the days draw closer to His coming return, people will become selfish, lovers of them own selves instead of lovers of God.

Our beloved wife, mother, Lovey, sister, aunt, friend, and daughter of Christ peacefully entered Heaven January 18, 2023; at the age of 78. She was born November 1, 1944, in San Diego, California, to her loving parents Harley Lee and Amie Dee Neighbors, and also to her one and only favorite older brother Robert “Bob” (whom all have preceded her in death).
