Carolyn Franks represents Rotary in Guatemala

Carolyn Franks recently returned from San Benito, Guatemala where she and nine other Rotarians from District 5830 visited a hospital. In the past, Rotary District 5830 has donated air conditioning units to this hospital in which women were giving birth in weather which was over 100 degrees. They have also upgraded the NICU unit, and provided a covered area outside for convalescing patients. This San Benito hospital has honored them with Rotary signs across the building.
