I received an email Thursday morning from apple. com that suggested I might have recently downloaded an app while I was in mainland China. Since I had just woken up, and my eyes were still a bit blurry, and the words in the email seemed extra tiny, I had to squint a bit to reread the message and did reconfirm what was written - that I had indeed been to China. Wow!

I will start by saying that I am not from Pittsburg. I came here from Tatum in 2013, and at the time, I didn’t see what was so great about the town. It looked like any other old community to me. In my years here, you all have shown me exactly what is so remarkable.
