The Pittsburg Pirates boys soccer team advanced in the 4A, Region 1 & Soccer Championship after their 4-2 win over Bullard March. 26.
The Pittsburg PegLeg Theatre competed at the District UIL One-Act Play Competition on March 6. Northeast Texas Community College Baseball hit the road to Grayson College to take on the NJCAA number 10 ranked Vikings. After a great start in the first inning, Grayson would limit the Eagle chances and go on to win 17-4 in the non-conference matchup.
Northeast Texas Community College Baseball player Cole Modgling was named this weeks Longview Orthopaedic Athlete of the week. Cole is a sophomore from Castroville, Texas and has been playing extremely well this season.
