The Pittsburg Lady Pirates continued a dominant streak that has consisted of almost the entirety of track season thus far, bringing home the team title from the Mount Vernon Tiger Relays.
The Pittsburg Baseball team looked to continue their hot start to the district schedule while the Lady Pirates hoped to add two more notches to the win column as both teams played twice last week.
It was unquestionably not the ending to the regular season either team wanted, but both the Pittsburg Pirates and Lady Pirates will have a chance to turn things around in the playoffs.
