The King’s Country Property Owners Association will have its Annual Yard Sale starting Thursday, October 14 and running through Saturday, October 16 – from 8am until 4pm each day. It’s been two years since the sale was held. With over 100 King’s Country households donating items for this event, it will be one of the largest community yard sales ever held in the Mt. Vernon and Winnsboro areas.

Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) will be the host of the Rodeo held at the Mount Pleasant Rodeo Association Priefert Arena located on Greenhill Road in Mount Pleasant, Texas.
