TM Studios Salon Spa speaks to Lions
The Pittsburg Lions Club heard from TM Studios Salon Spa at a recent meeting on July 24. Jessica Brummell is the owner of TM Studios and she explains she went to school to get her cosmetology license, opened her salon, and then went back to school to get her laser technician license. She states, “I fell in love with the science behind the beauty industry.”

Commissioners approve use of lawn for Pioneer Days
The Camp County Commissioners held their regular meeting on July 23 and heard from Connie Bradshaw with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce. Bradshaw presented to the commissioners seeking approval for use of the Camp County Courthouse lawn and parking spaces during the upcoming Pioneer Days. She shares there are plans to close streets surrounding the courthouse on Friday, Sept 19 from 4 p.m. until midnight on Saturday, Sept 20.
