During a recent meeting of the Pittsburg Lions Club, Sandy Thompson with the Pittsburg Chamber of Commerce presented details of upcoming events that will occur over the next few months. “Blues at the Orchard” on Oct. 18 at 6:30 p.m. at Efurd Venue, “Trick or Treat on Main” on Oct. 26, and Home for the Holidays on Dec. 7 were among the events she described.
Recently, the Pittsburg Rotary Club heard from Jeff and Heather Schrunk, part owners of Los Pinos Winery, and Alicia Whitby, Assistant Winemaker and Vineyard Manager. During this meeting, Rotarians were able to hear about the upcoming events at the winery as well as details about their winemaking process.
