Twelve contestants vied for the title of Miss PHS on February 18, including: Keira Slone, Afton Glade, Rylie Nichols, Sophie Smith, Karsyn Lee, Audrey Brown, Karli Berry, Stephanie Lopez, Delilah Medina, Lilly Abernathy, Kaslyn McKnight, and Keely Marshall. But by dint of an extra push of hard work and dedication, Karsyn Lee took the title and crown during the 35th annual Miss PHS Pageant, themed Viva Las Vegas.
