It’s that time again! Daylight Saving Time begins on March 8 and ends on November 1st, shifting clocks forward one hour in spring (“spring forward”) and back one hour in fall (“fall back”) to extend evening daylight. Designed to maximize natural light and reduce energy consumption, it can disrupt sleep patterns and impact health by misaligning with natural circadian rhythms.
