Lions talk Java and Queens
The Lions Club met at noon on Thursday, March 19, in the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall, because their regular meeting space at NTCC was closed for spring break.

The Rotary Club held its weekly meeting at noon on Wednesday, March 18, in the Fellowship Hall of the First United Methodist Church.
Jewel Ray Ivory, who is currently in a rehab recovery center, after being in the hospital, had applied to Texas Ramp Project, a non-profit foundation for building ramps for Texans in need. The Texas Ramp Project vets the applicants, and then reaches out to other non-profits in that person’s area, for them to build the ramp. Texas Ramp Project, through coordination with Lowe’s Home Center, furnishes the materials, the volunteers furnish the time and talent to build the ramp.
Los Pinos Winery hosted March 12 - 5 O’Clock Somewhere. There were over seventeen attendees enjoying camaraderie, dinner and drinks, and music presented by Pink Flamingo Sound.
