Commissioners Court meets with DRG Architect

In a regularly scheduled meeting of the commissioners court, the commissioners met with an architect from DRG Architects, Wayne Gondeck, where he gave a response to the construction of the Camp County Jail. Gondeck’s response to the comment that all jails need to have cameras in the cells was, “Jail commission does not require video surveillance in the cells,” and mentions that across the state of Texas, having cameras in jail cells is “about fifty-fifty.”
