Each month, as part of my job here at The Bee, I sit through meetings for various municipalities. From city council and commissioner’s court to school board, most every governing entity in the area has a public meeting where they discuss the ongoings of the entity.

Kaylan Renard Owens was arrested March 9 by PPD for fraudulent use or possession of identification information, possession of a controlled substance, penalty group one (greater than one gram but equal to or less than four grams),and possession of a controlled substance, and penalty group two (greater than or equal to four grams but less than 400 grams).
