Services for James Roy Knox, 67, beloved husband, dad, Cowboy and Pirate fan, were held 3:00 P.M. Friday, May 7, at First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg with the Rev. Jeff Dungan officiating and Russ Knox delivering the eulogy. A private family burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery prior to the service. A “Celebration of Life Reception” will be held at the Knox home immediately following the service. Honorary Pallbearers are Kenny Knox – Nephew, Brad Burris – Nephew, Stephen Parker – Nephew, Chris Gaddis – Nephew, and his entire TXU Family

Cecelia Mitchell Rider passed away April 29, 2021 at UT Health East Texas, Pittsburg, at the age of 61. Her funeral will be Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Pine Bluff First Baptist Church, Pittsburg, with Rev. James Collins as eulogist and burial will be at Union Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home, Pittsburg, Texas.

Larry Donald Heath was born August 21, 1952 in Pittsburg, Texas to Joe Heath Jr. and Lola Lee Isaac. He attended Frederick Douglas and graduated from Pittsburg High School in 1970. Although he loss many childhood friends and classmates through the years, the Class of 1970 remained a close-knit family, often referring to each of as brothers and sisters.
