One day, my grandmother gave me a dictionary and told me to look up some of my favorite words. This was an old school dictionary, not a new, trendy dictionary that waters definitions down. If you look at a dictionary written in the 1700 or 1800s, one thing you will find is so many words that we commonly use in the English language have God attached to them. It’s amazing. For example, take the word “destiny.” Destiny means invincible necessity. What does the word “invincible” mean? Invincible means incapable of being conquered, defeated, or subdued. If something is invincible it cannot be beaten. The word necessity means this: that it must happen.
