Texas Hot Links Festival — April 29

The Texas Hot Links Festival is coming to town on April 29. There will be cooking competitions--hot links, sausage, and chicken. A sanctioned chili cook off in honor of Carroll Shelby’s 100th birthday will showcase the skills of CASI competitors. Several teams of Shelby cars will show their muscle. A Farmers Market will line Main Street, and a Man Cave will offer more intimate seating and a chance to get out of the sun. The main stage will have a line up of entertainment from Cody Wayne to Billy Rocks; Haywire Band to The Crabs to the Throwbacks, as well as local artists. A Mini Link area will offer some entertainment for the kiddos in the family.
