Mrs. Helen Louise Paris, age 83, of Scurry, Texas died Monday November 12, 2018 in Dallas, Texas. Mrs. Paris was born August 25, 1935 in Morrow, Ohio to Franklin Pierce Steele and Virgie May Holiday Steele.

Helen was a beautiful, loving and Godly woman who cherished every day. She thought the world of her kids, grandkids, great-grandkids and great-great grandkids. Helen accepted everyone as they were and loved them unconditionally. She was a prayer warrior and prayed blessings for all; she loved life a lot but loved God and family forever.

She was a member of Living Water Church in Pittsburg and was self-employed.

Mrs. Paris is survived by her son Jimmie Paris and wife Jenelle of Forney, Texas., daughters, Sharon Baxter of Pittsburg, Connie Kilbarger and husband Dave of Rockwall, Texas, Linda Chitty and husband Mark of Lindale, Texas, and Mary Phillips and husband Tim of Scurry, Texas, grandchildren, Jennifer and Eddie Sharp, Terry and April Brockman, Christina and Andrew Pack all of Pittsburg, Texas, Michele and Joe Grissom of Deport, Texas, Samantha and Mike Garland of Abilene, Texas, Stephanie Kilbarger of McKinney, Texas , Joshua Chitty of Ft. Worth, Texas Sarah, and Brandon Chitty of Lindale, Texas, Tristen, Kaitlyn, and Gavin Paris of Forney, Texas, Mason and Ryan Phillips of Scurry, Texas, 25 great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren, brothers, Jimmie Steele of Wilmington, Ohio and Paul Steele of Springboro, Ohio and a sister, Janet Moore of Lynchburg, Ohio

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Ray, Snowden, Charles, Frank, and Jackie Steele; sister Virginia Barger.

Funeral Services were held.Thursday, November 15, 2018 at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Everett and Nancy Foster and Andrew Pack officiating.
