Donald Ray Aldridge, Sr.

1960 - 2023

Funeral services for Donald Ray Aldridge, Sr., 62, of Bettie will be held, Saturday, July 8 at 2 p.m. at Redemption Worship Center in Gilmer with the Minister Archie B. Williams officiating. Burial will be at Crossroads Cemetery in Bettie under the direction of Turner Brothers Mortuary.

He was born Nov. 14, 1960 in Pittsburg and died June 21 in Longview. He was a Baptist.

He is survived by his son, Donald Ray Alridge, Jr. of Houston; two stepdaughters, Chandra Lollar-Morrison of Houston and Brittany Jones of Oklahoma; four grandchildren; three brothers, Gregory Aldridge of Bettie, John Aldridge and Marcus Aldridge, both of Houston; four sisters, Chyanne Johnson- Phillips of Houston, LaWana Aldridge of Bettie, Janice Figgins of Missouri City, Texas and Sharise Peoples of Mt. Pleasant.
