DEORNELLIS

A Private Graveside service for Orval Wayne DeOrnellis, 84, of Pittsburg was held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Lafayette Cemetery in Upshur County with Bro. Kyle Smith and Bro. Michael Cary officiating. Interment followed in Lafayette Cemetery in Upshur County. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home. Mr. DeOrnellis passed away, Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at his residence.

Mr. DeOrnellis was born July 23, 1935 in Strother, Missouri to Theodore and Minnie Amanda Gregg DeOrnellas.

He is survived by his sons, Terry DeOrnellis and wife, Suzanne and Tony Deornellis and wife, Amy; four grandchildren, Tyler DeOrnellis and wife Audrey, Dalton Deornellis and wife Andrea, Dylan Deornellis and Delaney Deornellis, great-grandchild; Abigail DeOrnellis, and brother; Lloyd DeOrnellas and wife Mary Jane, and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. DeOrnellis is preceded in death by his wife of seven years, Wanda Hayden DeOrnellis, and his wife of fifty years, Barbara Wright DeOrnellis, and his siblings, June, Hazel, Fern, Buck, Tom, Mary, Ruth, Melvin, Jerry, Jim, Marvin, Floyd, and Alma Jean.

No formal visitation was scheduled.
