Rayfield Bennett died Aug. 3, 2019, at Pittsburg Nursing Center in Pittsburg, Texas at the age of 80. His funeral was held Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Buford Jones, Sr. officiating. Burial was at Hickory Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg under the direction of Johnson Funeral Home of Pittsburg.
