Barrett

Mrs. Phyllis Barrett age 84, of Pittsburg, died Thursday, November 1, 2018 in Pittsburg. She was born August 28, 1934 in Clarksville, Texas to Mervin and Gladys Young Ensor.

Mrs. Barrett worked at Mike Benet Formal’s for 29 years as a seamstress and was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg.

Mrs. Barrett is survived by her son, Keith Allen and wife Alisa of Pittsburg; three granddaughters, Lisa Rene Hackett and husband Jesse of Winnsboro; Sumer Jade Allen and husband Joey of Mount Vernon and Cheyney Allen of Austin; brother Arlon Ensor of Alvareda, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Robert L. Allen and Bobby Barrett, son Tony Allen, brother Jerald Ensor, and sister Francis Tanchester.

Graveside Services were held at 11 a.m., Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Detroit Cemetery in Detroit, Texas with visitation on Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg.
