Funeral service for Carlos Andres Amador, 33, of Reno, Texas was held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Saint Michael Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant with Father Robert Cigainero officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Mr. Amador passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at his residence.

Mr. Amador was born February 11, 1988 in Jalpan de Serra, Queretaro, Mexico to Simon Amador Urquiza and Juana Hernandez Sanchez. He was a welder and was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Pittsburg.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Marie Amador; son, Carlos Simon Amador; daughters, Alazah Arai Amador, Clarissa Marie Amador, Bella Blanca Amador, and Chelsea Nicole Amador; brother, Edgar Eduardo Hernandez and wife, Marylee; and sisters, Blanca Mayvelin Landaverde and husband, Eddie and Berenice Avalos and husband, Kevin; and nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Edgar Hernandez, Kevin Avalos, Gil Ramirez, Eddie Landaverde, Antonio Ramirez and Edgar Hernandez, Jr.

Honorary pallbearer will be Carlos Simon Amador.

He is preceded in death by his father, Simon Amador Urquiza.

Visitation was held from 8:30 a.m., to 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 23, 2021 in Saint Michael Hall, 1403 East First Street, Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
