Brenda “Brandie” Christine McCullough

Brenda “Brandie” Christine McCullough, age 53, passed away on January 8, 2022 in Barnsdall, Okla. of ALS. She was born to Bobby Don Handy and Esperanza “Eppie” Chavez in Grants, New Mexico on Oct. 21, 1968.

Brandie attended the Pittsburg high school, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from West Texas State A&M, and became a Second Lieutenant in ROTC and got her LPN at Tri-County Tech in Bartlesville. On Dec. 30, 2000, she married Randy Kent McCullough.

Brandie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Jose Dario Chavez and Carmen Chavez; stepfather, Roy Lackey; father, Bobby Don Handy; and brother, Leroy Duran.

She is survived by her husband, Randy McCullough; daughter, Arin Warren and spouse Cole Warren; her son, Darion Anthony and his spouse, Brooke Anthony; her daughter, Hope McCullough; her mother, Experanza “Eppie” Lackey; brothers, Harold Duran and his spouse Bobbie Durna, John Duran and his spouse Lisa Duran, James Lackey and his spouse Juri Lackey; and her grandchildren, Judah and Jordyn Warren.
