New PISD administration announced for 2021-22 school year

Pittsburg ISD has recently announced new administration employees for the upcoming 2021-22 school year.
At the elementary school, Heather Griffin will become the school’s principal, replacing Terri Brown who has announced her retirement. Chad Applegate has been named assistant principal of the school. Dawn Kennington will be the school’s special pro grams coordinator.
At Pittsburg Intermediate School, Todd Newman has been named principal, following Sarah Richmond’s retirement. Courtney Nugent will become assistant principal, and Katie Smith will be the special programs coordinator.
Pittsburg Junior High will have Jennifer Styles as its new assistant principal.
