FUMC youth lends a helping hand

Last week, the Pittsburg First United Methodist Church’s youth program decided to embark on a local missions trip. A team of children spent their day at God’s Closet/Camp County Cares, helping with food distribution and other tasks around the store.

Camp County Cares Director, Alethea Smerdon, said of the children, “Thank you to all the hardworking volunteers today... it was beautiful. They worked so hard! What a fun blessing!”
