Governor Greg Abbott issued a proclamation on April 8 recognizing April 2021 as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in Texas. This month is a time for Texans to come together to build awareness around the issue of sexual assault and to recognize the courage of survivors throughout our nation and across the Lone Star State.
(AUSTIN) — Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar is partnering with members of the Texas Legislature to help give young Texans the knowledge and skills they need to make better-informed personal financial decisions in saving, spending, borrowing and planning. The partnership is in concert with nationwide Financial Literacy Month, which began April 1.

Published by the Texas State Historical Association, Touchstone has appeared continuously since 1982 in real form, and since the 1990s on high-quality cotton-stock paper, designed to last.
UT Health East Texas has now launched phone and online vaccine appointments. The appointments are open to all residents of East Texas age 16 and older.
