This advancement in medical science is the foundation of precision medicine which provides patients with more personalized and targeted treatment, based on understanding the genetic information of a patient’s cancer. This is especially relevant for Texans who will soon have increased access to the testing needed for precision medicine treatment planning.

Northeast Texas Community College welcomes Rebecca Pelley McWatters as the exhibiting artist for October. Her artwork is currently on display and will continue until Thursday, October 26th. A reception will be held on Thursday, October 26th, at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
