Camp County confirmed COVID-19 case count increases to 5

Today, Camp County officials received word from the Texas Department of State Health Services that two more Camp County residents have tested positive for COVID-19. County Judge A.J. Mason issued the following statement on the matter: "DSHS is taking all necessary actions in response to this matter. This brings the total number of cases in Camp County to five. Please continue to practice social distancing, wearing a mask in public and the personal hygiene and sanitation guidelines published by the CDC. As I have said before, the cooperation of our Pittsburg/Camp County community has been outstanding. Please stay focused and vigilant. We will get through this, together. Thank you for your continued support and understanding."
