Week of June 20

Bob Sandlin - Water stained; 84–88 degrees; 0.28’ low. Black bass are good on Texas rigged craws, hollow body frogs and weightless Flukes. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are good on minnows. Catfish are slow on trotlines.

Caddo - Water stained to muddy; 86–91 degrees; 0.30’ high. Black bass are good on swim jigs, hollow body frogs and buzzbaits. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

Conroe - Water stained; 82–86 degrees; 0.42’ low. Black bass are good on chartreuse Rat–L–Traps and Carolina rigged soft plastics, crankbaits, and spinnerbaits. Striped bass are fair on silver striper jigs and Rat–L–Traps. Crappie are good on minnows and blue tube jigs. Catfish are fair on cut bait and frozen shrimp.

Fork - Water lightly stained to stained; 84–88 degrees; 1.11’ low. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged craws on creek channels and docks. Football jigs and Carolina rigged Flukes are working as well. White and yellow bass are good on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows near bridges. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

Houston County - Water stained; 83–87 degrees; 0.51’ low. Black bass to 8 pounds are good on crawfish crankbaits. Crappie are very good on live minnows over brush. Bream are very good on live worms off piers. Catfish are good on juglines baited with live perch.

Lake O’ The Pines - Water stained; 84–89 degrees: 0.64’ high. Black bass are good on Texas rigged creature baits, hollow body frogs and weightless Senkos. White bass are fair on slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines.

Livingston -Water stained; 82–86 degrees; 0.03’ low. Black bass are fair on crankbaits and soft plastics. Striped bass are fair on white striper jigs. White bass are good on pet spoons, hellbenders, and slabs. Crappie are good on minnows. Blue catfish are good on shad. Yellow catfish are fair on live bait. Martin Creek - Water stained; 87–94 degrees; 0.99’ low. Black bass are fair on white buzzbaits, Texas rigged worms and hollow body frogs. Crappie are good on minnows. White bass are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and cut shad.

Monticello

Water stained; 84–88 degrees; 2.98’ low. Black bass are slow on weightless Flukes, shakeyhead worms and Texas rigged worms. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are fair on trotlines and prepared bait.

Sam Rayburn - Water stained; 83–87 degrees; 1.75’ low. Black bass are fair on pumpkinseed soft plastics and Brush Hogs. White bass are good on minnows, hellbenders, and silver spoons. Crappie are good on minnows and tube jigs over brush piles. Bream are slow. Catfish are good on trotlines baited with live bait.

Steinhagen - 0.54’ low. No report available.

Toledo Bend - Water stained; 81–85 degrees; 2.44’ low. Black bass are good on soft plastic worms and crankbaits. Striped bass are fair on bucktail jigs. White bass are good on Li’l Fishies and slabs in the river. Crappie are good on minnows and tube jigs over baited holes. Bream are good on crickets and nightcrawlers. Channel and blue catfish are fair on trotlines baited with live bait. Yellow catfish are slow.

Wright Patman - Water stained to muddy; 84–89 degrees; 6.54’ high. Black bass are fair on Texas rigged creature baits, black buzzbaits and hollow body frogs. Crappie are fair on minnows. Catfish are good on trotlines.
