CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties announces its newest graduating class. Pictured, from left, is Paola Lozano and Pablo Higueros. The new CASA volunteer advocates took an oath before the Honorable Virginia Schnarr in Morris County Child Protective Services Court on May 24, 2018.
