Pittsburg woman arrested on forgery warrants

After appealing to the public for tips on the whereabouts of a Pittsburg woman, Pittsburg Police Department officers arrested Taylor Mae Gentry on June 5.

A PPD statement, said Gentry, 24, was “arrested on four outstanding felony warrants and charged with forgery. She was booked into the Camp County Jail.” Pittsburg Police Chief Richard Penn would not release further details on the case at this time.

According to Camp County Jail records, Gentry was arrested at 5:27 p.m. and released on bond June 6 at 6:18 p.m.

The PPD posted a photo of Gentry on its Facebook page on June 5. The post asked the public to call the department or offer a tip to CrimeStoppers and offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to her arrest.
