Rocky Mound C.M.E. Church will be hosting their ‘Friends and Family Day’ on Sunday, June 3 at 11 a.m. Church is located on County Road 2312 in Rocky Mound.
Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church located at FM 2254 in Pittsburg will be celebrating the 31st anniversary of their Pastor and First Lady, Rev. B.R. Hargest and Sis. Glyndaline Hargest on Sunday, June 3 at 3 p.m. Guest speaker is Rev. C.J. Shelton, of Piney Baptist Church in Mount Pleasant.

Senior citizens come to God’s closet for a fun filled day. There will be games to play, refreshments, a nurse to speak with and great fellowship. This program will be held every Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. starting this week.
