NTCC students honored
Two Northeast Texas Community College Presidential Scholars were recently honored with Eckman Awards for their outstanding performances in challenging honors seminars at NTCC.
Cassidy Watkins and Matthew Chambers both received $100 for taking all three honors seminars at NTCC and ending with the highest GPAs. The awards were funded by an anonymous donor in memory of the late Richard and Joan Eckman. Richard Eckman was a long-time inventor for Dresser Industries, a signature Texas oilfield corporation.
