Smith

Mrs. Betty Joan Warrick Smith, age 81, of Pittsburg, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018 in Pittsburg. Mrs. Smith was born April 27, 1937 to Barney and Katherine Hilton Warrick in Camp County.

Smith of Pittsburg; two daughters, Linda Brummell and husband Reggie of Pittsburg, and Lisa Hefner and the late Joe Hefner of Pittsburg; grandchildren, Jessica Davis and husband Matt, Jason Brummell and wife Jessica, Cole Hefner and wife Kerri, Clay Hefner and wife Marlea, Jacob Hefner and wife Tamara, and Jed Hefner and wife RaeLynn; and 21 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Barney and Katherine Hilton Warrick; son-in-law, Joe Hefner; and a great-grandson, Levi Hefner.

Funeral services were held Sunday, Sept. 16, 2018 at South Jefferson Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Tommy Oglesby officiating and Cole Hefner, Jason Brummell, Clay Hefner, Jacob Hefner, Jed Hefner, Caleb Davis, Kane Hefner, and Isaac Hefner serving as pallbearers.
