GROKETT

Graveside services for Raymond Dale Grokett, 79, of Pittsburg, TX were at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point, TX with Chaplain Drew Woods officiating. Interment will be in White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point, TX. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home. Mr. Grokett passed away Monday, June 1, 2020, at his residence.

Mr. Grokett was born September 23, 1940, in Fresno, CA to James Floyd and Lula Ida Aldridge Grokett. He retired from Kraft Foods and was a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Paula Grokett; three children, Pam Wright of Princeton, TX, Kerri Chapman of Dublin, TX and Kevin Grokett of Campbell, TX; two step-children, Brady Salsberry of Wills Point and Brandy Harris of Euless, TX; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister; one brother; and many nephews and nieces.

Mr. Grokett is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and two sisters.

No formal visitation is scheduled.
