Carpenter

Pamela Carpenter, 68, of Palestine, Texas, died Saturday, Dec. 29, 2018, in Palestine. Carpenter was born to Preston and Mildred Reeves Carpenter in Harris County, Texas Jan. 23, 1950.

Pamela loved music and dancing. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother-in-law James Richardson, nephew John Richardson and great-niece Courtney Griffin.

She is survived by her sister, Portia Richardson of Donie, Texas; niece, Stacey Carter and husband Lonnie of Pittsburg, Texas; great-nieces, Cassie Horton of The Woodlands, Texas; Kimberly McNutt and Dustin of Pittsburg, Texas; Tori Carter of Avery and Tara Carter of Pittsburg, Texas; great-great niece, Brooklyn McNutt; and great-great nephews, Wyatt McNutt and Cooper McNutt; and all of her beloved friends and family at Crestview House.

A Memorial Service was held Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at Herrington/Land of Memory Funeral Home Chapel in Palestine, Texas.
