PHS Welding place at district

The Pittsburg High School Welding Team swept the Skills USA District Welding Contest this weekend in Waco. Omar Ortiz won first place, Gerardo Reina took second, and Juan Navarro placed third in the event. All three will advance to the state welding event this April in Corpus Christ. Jesus Bocanegra, Daniel Hernandez, Ab Sanchez, and Curtis Adams also did a wonderful job representing Pittsburg at the event.
