CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties is pleased to welcome Daniel Utpadel, Kami Scott, Trisha Carey, Elizabeth Mendoza, and Vonlisa Bennett as new CASA volunteers. Each took an oath before the Judge Deane Loughmiller in Camp County Court on June 26, 2019 after completing 30 hours of training and courtroom observation. The new CASA advocates will be assigned a case that may include a child or sibling group that was removed from their home due to abuse or neglect.
