Mrs. Dana Aker, age 70, of Pittsburg, passed away on Monday, January 11, 2021 in Pittsburg. She was born September 21, 1950 to Gilbert and Ruth Brewster Pool in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.
Mr. Bryan Price, age 83, of Tyler formerly of Pittsburg, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 in Tyler. He was born January 3, 1938 to Bruce and Flora Moseley Price in Granbury, Texas.
Dr. Ronald “Ronnie” Blum passed away on Saturday, January 2, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. Born in Fort Worth on November 2, 1936, Ronnie was a Panther at Paschal High School, where he played on the golf team and graduated in 1954. Despite setting off a minor fire and smoke out of the school’s chemistry lab, Ronnie chose a pre-med path in college, earning a BS in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin in 1958. He was a member of Sigma Alpha Mu and a Texas Cowboy, telling his family and friends, “I’m absolutely certain nobody had a better time in college than I did.”
Helen Ruth Duffey Jackson passed away January 12, 2021 at her home in Leesburg, Texas at the age of 69. Her funeral service will be Saturday, January 16, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mr. Harold Gene Williams, age 85, of Pittsburg passed away at his home on Friday, January 15, 2021 in Pittsburg. He was born May 26, 1935 to John and Addie Lucille Haskins Williams in Crooked Creek Community, Arkansas.
